Supply Chain Solutions
We help companies worldwide navigate the complexity of sourcing, logistics, and supply chain management in Asia — with senior expertise and real-world relationships built since 2010.
About us
BOHK Logistics is a boutique supply chain consultancy built on a simple belief: that real expertise, deployed directly, creates better outcomes than generic consulting frameworks.
We work alongside companies to untangle supply chain complexity — particularly across Asia — bringing clarity to sourcing, operations, logistics, and distribution challenges that require both strategic thinking and hands-on experience.
Since 2010, we have built lasting relationships with clients across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia — not by selling solutions, but by understanding problems first.
We work in both directions. While much of our work involves helping companies outside Asia navigate sourcing and supply chains in the region, we equally support Asian manufacturers and exporters looking to build a commercial presence in Latin America and other international markets — bringing the same expertise to the other side of the equation.
"The biggest challenge today is getting people across the chain to understand the real work being done on each side. What we do is not that complicated — but it requires coordination, trust, and the willingness to truly connect with your partners."Marco Hazan — Founder & Managing Director, BOHK Logistics

Our team
We are practitioners, not generalists. Every engagement is led directly by senior people who have done this work themselves — with on-the-ground presence across Asia.
Founder & Managing Director
Marco founded BOHK in 2010 with a clear purpose: to give companies real, experienced guidance on navigating supply chains in Asia — without the overhead of large consulting firms. His background spans global sourcing, retail planning, distribution, and international operations across the Americas and Asia Pacific. He is hands-on in every client engagement, and believes that honest, direct communication is the foundation of every effective supply chain relationship.
LinkedIn ↗Senior Manager — Hong Kong
Mandy has been with BOHK since the very beginning in 2010, making her a cornerstone of our Hong Kong operations. A City University of Hong Kong graduate in Linguistics, she brings a rare combination of language skills — Cantonese, English, and Mandarin — and operational rigour to client work. Her background in merchandising and logistics operations means she understands both the supplier and the buyer side of the equation.

Perspectives from our team on global supply chains, digitalisation, and what actually matters in logistics today.
BOHK Perspective · Procurement
In our experience, one of the most persistent sources of supply chain friction is a simple misunderstanding: companies treat Sourcing and Purchasing as interchangeable. They are not — and knowing the difference matters enormously, especially when operating across Asia.
Sourcing is strategic. It is the work of finding the right suppliers, evaluating them rigorously, negotiating contracts, onboarding partners, and managing those relationships over time. Done well, it builds the foundation of a resilient supply chain.
Purchasing is operational. It is the day-to-day execution: placing orders, tracking deliveries, handling invoices, and keeping goods moving. It requires discipline, precision, and clear communication — particularly when working across time zones, languages, and regulatory environments.
Both sit within the broader umbrella of Procurement — and both matter. At BOHK, we cover the full procurement cycle, from first supplier conversation to final delivery confirmation.
But what underpins all of it is something less visible: network. The quality of your supplier relationships, the trust built over years of honest dealings, the ability to call someone directly when something goes wrong — these are what make a supply chain truly resilient. Platforms help. Processes help. But good networks are the backbone of any supply chain that can withstand real pressure.

Marco Hazan joined industry leaders at TOC Americas to discuss digitalisation in logistics. The biggest insight: sophisticated platforms exist, but coordination between the people who use them remains the real work.

Shifting freight rates, nearshoring pressures, and resilience-first sourcing have reshaped the Asia–Americas corridor in ways that will define the decade ahead.

Automation and platforms are transforming logistics — but the judgment that comes from years of real operational experience is not something a platform replaces.
